Price should have won that but it's still a positive night for him. He did miss those 2 darts at double but you can't say he completely collapsed.

Would have put my house on that 82, called Price missing the 2 match darts, not surprised at all, Price deserved to win that, MVG did well to get a point

Gerwyn blew it there. Great game, saved an otherwise mediocre night. I find there comes a point in the Premier League where it just drags on for too long. It can be a hard tournament to get in to, only on once a week for 16 weeks, the same players, and the knockout element is only there for the last week. The games just don't have the tension of a knockout match. I feel we have reached that point this year.

The reintroduction of best of 14 won't help either IMO. Glad they've got rid of five matches in a night with doubling up for some players.

It's only 2 extra legs, it doesn't make that much difference in my opinion. I agree about the doubling up though, seemed ridiculous to me.

good win by the gentle. could be making the next cut?
it was obvious wade has a cold (or something). he sure was
wiping his nose a lot during their match.

I liked Peter's pants and on a dare I would wear them for a day out in public.

cross was super. gurney was just a chin. 8-4

thought I heard chants of "Michael Army"?
he knuckled down and rode lady luck a little to pick up that draw with price.

Morning lads, busy times lately that's why I've been away from here however I'm extremely delighted to ask you to salute the guy at the top of table after silencing the Belfast boos and making an imperious display yesterday.

What is surprising me this year is the fact that MvG is losing a lot of points. A good sign though as it will balance more the league maybe. Bravo to the Freezer after yesterday's performance however. Its not easy taking points off van Gerwen.

Enjoyed watching the Mensur v Wade game as it was closely played just like the Dufus v Smith one.

Good day all.

Sensible choice to go back to the old walk-on music for Mensur lol, if the Aberdeen crowd didn't like Simply the Best, Belfast would have been much worse! Not a classic display from him, but again his opponent played even worse. Good that he's grinding results out better than last season but he might have to up it to stay in the top 4. Smith-Wright was a very odd game, how Smith didn't take advantage of Wright's general shitness I don't know. That's the kind of game both should have been looking to win, I'd be surprised if either of them make the O2. Another great display from Cross, good to see him thriving again! Missed opportunity for Price, but at least this time he didn't lose and didn't shit the bed as badly as he has in the past against MvG
