I would like to see some double-in events on tour- not too many of course, but perhaps the PC events in Dublin could be, just to accustom everyone to it? Love the event, its unpredictability is part of its charm, but it does have a lottery feel to it at times

Lethal format early doors or not, look at the winners, the cream still usually rises.

Very tight between Wright and Cross for #2 in Dublin.

Burton DeWitt @bsd987
Josh Payne moves into the provisional Grand Prix qualification spots, but 11 players are still within £5,000 of the final spot.

He will be defending a semi-final in this very event. Unsuccessfully of course.

Wilson climbing even higher is a sickening sight to behold.
Kyle Anderson is in a bit of trouble, you wouldn't expect a player of his caliber to miss the WGP. The evergreen Beaton has his spot in jeopardy as well.

What have you got against the former BDO world number 1 and World Darts Trophy champion James Wilson?

Thorn being conservative with every fortnight, I'm gonna say bathing only once a month except when on holiday he gets a bath once a week, just because he gets in the pool twice.

Steve West's second Euro Tour semi-final on the spin all but secures a third successive appearance in the Grand Prix, as Ricky

Ricky Evans is creeping up on everyone, he's hitting form again. Needed it given that he was veering close to losing his tour card--even though he'd only be guaranteed £7.5k for the Worlds, he looks much safer now within that oh so important top 64
