it's unfortunate that Muramatsu and Royden Lam drew each other in the first round.
Both were strong enough to win this tournie
Lam prevailed 4-2

Maybe if Christian Perez wins, the PDC will consider inviting the Philippines back into the World Cup.
Couldn't hurt.
He's rolled past Ono 5-2

Asada crushed Paul Lim 5-0. Crushed!
The Singapore Slinger wears a full body compression sleeve though, so he'll just bounce back tomorrow.

Any streams for good laugh or just this for uttermasochists?
https://tv.dartconnect.com/event#t-pdcasia18t12

At least L256, L128 were best of 7 and L64, L32 best of 9... :!:
Clicked one random L256 game, avg 50 and 52 :pointing:
One random L128: 69 and 78
L64: 78 and 77
L32: 68 and 78

OK, maybe I wouldn't even laugh watching, nevermind

PS You see some sleeves so must be watching...

Good to hear the crowd into it as well. Never heard of this guy before, but looking at his results today seems to have the ability to throw a decent standard, and by the standard there, that puts him in contention with the top players easily.

Not just one. Aside from the Korean guy with the obviously inverted PDK logo - Keita Ono and Yuki Yamada (bottom right with the Trinidad sleeve) are right-handed throwers, too.

ROYDEN LAM and Seigo Asada shared victories on the opening weekend of the PDC Asian Tour in Seoul, which also saw Noel Malicdem achieve a nine-dart finish.

The opening weekend of the new Asia-wide circuit saw almost 200 players competing in South Korea, with each event offering $10,060 in prize money.

Saturday's opening tournament featured a nine-dart finish from Philippines thrower Noel Malicdem, although he went on to lose 5-3 to Hong Kong's Royden Lam.

Lam also defeated Chinese ace Lihao Wen and Japan's Yuya Higuchi in the latter stages, although his hopes of completing a weekend double were ended by Arashi Matsumoto in the last 16 of Sunday's second event.

The Event Two final saw Hyun-Chul Park pay for missed match darts in the deciding leg of his tight contest with Seigo Asada, who came from 4-3 down to win 5-4, taking out 56 to take the victory.

Asada - who was knocked out by Yuki Yamada in the last 32 of Event One - overcame fellow countrymen Matsumoto and Haruki Muaramatsu on his way to Sunday's title.

events 3 & 4 going on this weekend (now )
it's on DCTV (dart connect)

The Asian Tour Order of Merit following Event Four will also be used by the PDC to select players for Nation Teams of Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Thailand for the 2018 World Cup. If there are not two players from those nations on the OoM, then PDC will select a player at its discretion.

The top three players from the 2018 Asian Tour Order of Merit following Event Six will also qualify for 2018 Shanghai Darts Masters.
