Maik Langendorf 6-1 Kim Huybrechts.

Disgusting.

He's Austrian, apparently. Played with Mensur at the World Cup many years back.

Been playing in the German qualifiers for Euro Tour events, but yeah, this is something of a homecoming for him

Not the best list of qualifiers. Rosss Smith is the least awful I guess but not sure how competitive he'll be.

Kimmy scrapped through a series of tight matches all night only to average 84 in getting smashed by bloody Langendork. Tae fuck.

Still, got his eye in for the weekend.

This really puts all the bleating done at Bridlington over 100+ averages into context.
Did you carry on keeping count of the different players to average 95+ on the Euro stage this year? :D must have ended somewhere close to 60 I'd imagine.
You know what? I completely forgot.

I'll do it again over the weekend.

Smith-Johnson into a last leg shootout. Langendorf one leg away from another World Series TV appearance.
Thanks friend.

It was a bit better than everyone was expecting but still rubbish.

And if we thought this was bad, spare a thought for what could happen on Grand Slam Wildcard Night...

I'm sure Beaton will qualify for that too. And he'll probably be the most interesting one of the 8

Well, if there were a TV event for Langendorf to qualify for, at least it wasn't one of the biggies. Other three are OK/good, looking forward to this event, even if it's ultimately a glorified exbo, it's all good fun and it gives some of the international lads that bit of extra stage experience

Personally I'd have brown as least awful. Averaged just over 100 across the 5 matches tonight aswell

I've only just noticed that for whatever reason Max didn't play in the qualifier.

That's a shame.

Cabbage event but highly commedable that the faraway players will be provided with the conditions that actually make it worth turning up. No BDO Majors mentioned.

Steve "Doo Dah" Beaton is like an egg stain on your tie.
You can lick it, but it still won't go away.

truth be told, I find he's usually a good watch.
