When I saw Dobey play he was always decent but then again I barely saw him this year. Seems like a lad who could kick on if he had a really good performance on the floor. Compare him to Josh Payne who was in a similar spot. I thought Dobey was the better player of the two, but right now, Payne is the one who made impact on the floor and therefore he gets the chance to play on TV now. I think Dobey might be able to do better than Payne if he had those opportunities, but he can only blame himself. You have to have a decent floor game first and earn those chances for yourself.

Another final for him, would have gone into a Grand Slam spot if he had won, but it was not to be. Let's see how he builds on this, just the one ProTour event to go, but he has the Grand Slam qualifier, the Players Championship Finals and the Worlds to come, hope he can build on this
