There's a possibility of seeing Jackpot vs MvG in Round 2...

So many players I'd like to see make it are just short of that line.

Jonny Clayton secures his debut in Blackpool for the World Matchplay, as Ron Meulenkamp, Steve West, Mervyn King, and Steve Beaton all move closer to qualification.

Jeffrey de Zwaan's first PDC title moves him into a provisional Matchplay qualification spot at the expense of Ron Meulenkamp. Jelle Klaasen now in the tentative last ProTour spot.

That escalated quickly for Klaasen, been on poor form for a while now, but was fairly comfortable on paper just a few weeks ago

Noppie looks very good, based on his form he has a decent chance to make it. Quite amusing that he's in a better position than Cadby, the lazy fuck still down under ffs

Hope Chizzy can stay 7th, that should allow him to avoid MVG for a while.

Hopp, de Zwaan and Lennon in the Matchplay spots. Never in a million years. Even the chasers are largely acceptable.

Burton DeWitt @bsd987
Steve Lennon moves into a tentative Matchplay spot at the expense of Jelle Klaasen. Huge weekend next weekend in Milton Keynes, with two Euro Tour qualifiers and two ProTour events.

The clock is ticking.

Early days but thanks-to-Burton's Grand Prix field shows two differences from the current Matchplay field, and one is the fall of Beaton - Beaton and North replaced by Noppert and Meulenkamp:
