Tour Card not in:

Kevin Burness
Royden Lam
Robert Marijanovic
John Norman Jnr
Mensur Suljovic

Associates in (CT ranking):

Diogo Portela (2)
Michael Barnard (3)
Martin Atkins (Wigan) (4)
Jason Cullen (5)
Jarred Cole (6)

not signed up: Simon Preston (1)

Cameron Menzies one spot out and presumably the first alternate for any withdrawal, assuming he managed to not forget entering these, too...

Marijanovic just tweeted how great it was to be a pro and all that stuff. Surprised to see him missing.
Also hope it's not family problems again for Mensur. Won't do good for his ranking the number of events he's not playing at the moment.

Otherwise great to see almost every card holder entering

I think that the premier league has a lot to do with mensur and his family, but if he has flown over for the Thursday it it just a matter of staying the weekend. He hasn't go to keep going backwards and forwards.but like you said it ain't gonna help his rankings if he keeps missing events. He seems happy with the level he has achieved and doesn't seem to be bothered about pushing his way up much higher.
Did he miss many PC events last year?

Played 16 events last year. Not sure whether that's out of 20 or 22 but anyway.

I like Mensur as a person and it's great to see someone genuinely happy about his achievements. Much more likable than some no mark boasting around and saying they want to win every tournament. But got to admit, it's not the best mindset for the professional game.

I like him also. He looks so happy when he wins and his interviews are brilliant.
He seems to have the balance in his life about right and is obviously keen to balance work and home life
But I would like to see him going all out for the ranking tournaments.
It will be interesting to see what he does regarding the world series events

They've revised the entry list, somehow they had managed to omit Marijanovic yet again (same as with the first UK Open weekend). Jarred Cole has been removed to make room for Marijanovic.

What is it about Marijanovic that makes him particularly forgettable lol. Shambles, but at least they've done this in advance this time

Glad they got it sorted in plenty of time. feel sorry for Jarred Cole who must have been jumping for joy only to be pissed on later in the day

Draw up on Dart Connect now. Some decent games:

Vincent van der Voort v Raymond van Barneveld
Alan Norris v Danny Noppert
Adrian Lewis v Jamie Lewis
Stephen Bunting v Martin Schindler
Rob Cross v Steve Lennon

Oh, and Lewis could meet Justicia Perales again in round two.

Of the streamed games, Chizzy was clinical, White is excruciating.
