Unsurprisingly the first match of the last 16 is already being played while Barnard is still in his last 64 game...

Harris and Menzies still in.

And could face each other in the semi-final.

Huge game if it happens.

Harris hits another ton plus average in his quarter, well placed to strike a massive blow

Putting Barnard in the preliminary round has completely fucked up the draw. He's only about to finish his last 16 game.

I suppose you can't legislate for different players' paces, but it's stupid how the best player in the whole field has to begin in the prelims

True on both counts.

I don't see why they can't seed it from the Challenge Tour Order of Merit. Same goes for the Development Tour.

Darren Beveridge/Mick Todd - | - Jonathan Worsley
Cody Harris - | - Nathan Rafferty

Cammy desperately needs a Rafferty victory.

And doesn't get it, Harris winning 5-1.

So that means it will currently be Cody going to Ally Pally and getting the second Tour Card.

Worsley wins, ending the day on a sour note for Harris who threw well below what he had done earlier. Still, a final for him puts him £550 ahead of Cammie, which is a decent enough lead with only two events left

Huge win for Worsley as it pushes him up to 15th on the OoM, into a UK Open spot for next year

Menzies needs to do something decent today if he wants that tour card and the Ally Pally place. Hope he makes it though I wouldn't mind Harris either

129 players have entered today, Fabian Freitag the unlucky prelim round player to lose in CT19.

Cammy finally beats Berry nearly a year after THAT Grand Slam game between the two. Still annoyed we didn't get Menzies-Suljovic in R2 but hey ho, that's by the by now.

Fitton and Atkins skip the last 2 events too. What a mess.

Realistically Cammy needs to make at least one of today's finals.
