I read on TSOD that the draw will be shown online on the CH4 website. I haven't seen any official confirmation though. Just a tweet from Balboa.

Adams wouldnt be an easy draw on that stage, OK not in great form but who knows?

I'd say Waites, Labanauskas, Noppert and Caldwell are the biggest threats among the unseeded players, though the last two would need to win their prelim game first.

Labs, noppy, waites, and will concede adams as the danger men for phantom. And they aren't real convincing as a threat in my opinion.
