Until last year's UK Open I'd never even heard of him.

He must now be doing better than Bunting was at the corresponding point the year he switched and he won bloody Lakeside.

Was worried there that jammy bland journeyman would add another PC to his jobberfest collection. In fairness, Rob Cross looks a top prospect. I don't think we've seen a player join the tour and start averaging 109's and 112's regularly within his first few months.

He's world number 52 at the moment, which is not too shabby.
