Re: 2017 UK Open
I've always seen darts and indoor games in general as winter games.
I've never understood pub level players playing in summer leagues in darts. In the winter the fatties sweat less so the body odour is bearable. In the summer it becomes a fucking personal hygiene disaster.
Maybe I'm old fashioned but being indoors on a nice day feels like a waste.

Re: 2017 UK Open
I got the impression from a couple of visits that everyone loved the Reebok, I sure did was a perfect venue, I'll still be watching but the tournament has lost that special something that made it unique. Gotta get up to date with the draw first though, forgot the UK Open was quite so early in MarchJustin Credible wrote:sennafan24 wrote:I preferred it when it was held at the Reebok.
From a viewers standpoint of watching on TV, the reebok always looked more hectic and something like a real open.
The smaller arena with the lower ceiling and the fans almost on top of the players in the heat made it better tv
