Maybe they are wrong.
Either way the averages on these toy boards are not even going to be close to either.

Either way, these cunts will be nowhere near it on boards with trebles so big the WDF had to change their rules so they could be used.

Just dividing the sum of averages by 16 won't get you the exact figure, as it doesn't take into account how many legs or sets were played. Still a 0.5 points gap makes no difference, as the BDO average will probably be sub-90.
