13?! Wow. Pretty sure there were 11 on the original calendar release a while back and even that was more than this year (10).

I wonder how they'll use the European Championship extra day... interesting.

Just be moving the Friday afternoon to the Thursday night, broadcaster request I reckon. ITV have asked the PDC to move the Saturday afternoon of the Masters to Friday night so must want more evening stuff than afternoon.
Big changes on the way ! We've heard it before but it's different this time !!!! , I believe Bdo gonna grow x

Then again it seems there is still a Friday afternoon session so maybe not.
Perhaps last 64 played Thursday night and Friday afternoon over 2 stages? Last 32 on Friday night over 2 stages and then Last 16 on Saturday on the one stage?

Ahh yes I did notice that the Masters had been tweaked. Probably the same for this then, quite. Those opening Friday afternoon sessions take a while to fill up with fans and don't come across too well.

Could be expansion then. Maybe Barney and Lewis not qualifying this year left somebody with influence not amused.

If they are expanding the field, they could turn it into a kind of World Championship for Europe, holding qualifiers in countries/regions across Europe. Representation from more countries would be a good thing.

And/or I'd quite like to see them bring back the Euro pro tour list to benefit the likes of Van den Bergh and De Zwaan Magnus Caris. :x

I'm hyped for Jan Van Der Razzle winning the Central European Qualifying floor comp next week. :|

It now looks like they aren't expanding it, but there will be no Saturday afternoon session instead.

But yet they are keeping a Friday afternoon session. Daft.

I'd forgotten about him. Was there a ponytail involved? Naturally Josephus Schenk, Rico Vonk and Toon Greebe will complete the last 4.

Germany should not have nine of the events.

Give the Scandinavians one.

They should have at least one event, also can't see why is Belgium excluded as they have the euro champs as well. Holland could have 2 or 3 events also.
