Could very well have been adjourned for a multitude of reasons but this isn't a big deal regarding Brown. Also Coors are throwing good money after bad attempting to force a liquidation, a fruitless exercise.

It's clear Brown has totally disregarded the restraints a court put on him and that's his ultimate downfall. Make no mistake every company he's set up since being made bankrupt will be on his charge sheet when the OR are ready to prosecute. The courts don't like having the piss taken out of them and Brown's done just that.

As I said earlier its almost worth seeing him get off.

If uncle Barry sent a spy to fuck up the bdo internally,I doubt he could have got anyone that could have done what Warren Brown and the Williams did.

Word reaches me that the winding-up petition of Deluxe Sports Club was DISMISSED on the 9th May.

That would mean evidence was presented showing the company could honour it's commitments, simply delayed the inevitable. More interesting is how long the Insolvency Service will take to prosecute?

Warren (and Donna) surely doesnt have a pot to piss in, could it be the Judge felt the amount of the debt was not enough to force a liquidation?

Dodgy accounts would be my guess or possibly they've conned a backer as they did Sidhu. Either way the house of cards will fall down.
