This old chestnut of county darts on tv comes up once a year or more. The blind stupidity is amazing. Back a few years ago EDO thought that putting their events on TV would get interest. It was a flop and these where big EDO events. If no one gave a fuck about that then you would think county darts would be worse. But the mushroom mind works in mysterious ways leading them to believe least likely scenario to be the most likely thing to succeed.

Nobody goes to watch the cricket county championship and thats hardly televised as a result.

Both lead to international selection, but only one has internationals people care about.
