Rob Mullarkey @mullarkeyrob
Eight players, eight nationalities (which must be a rare thing). Maybe one for @bsd987 to look into while I cash in my dinner voucher @IJsselhallen #DDM18 #ET6

Burton DeWitt @bsd987
On the Euro Tour, the previous record was 7 different nationalities in the quarter-finals, set twice: 2013 ET2 Sindelfingen 2017 ET11 Riesa
Six nationalities have only been done six further times, all since 2016.

Hello! I was wondering if Africa is on your mab to make some tournaments or a tour in it, especially the northern part of the continent?! @MattPorter_PDC

Matthew Porter @MattPorter_PDC
Hi, great to hear there is darts interest in northern Africa. Watch this space for exciting news coming later in the year! @devon_petersen

South African WS event next year? I think the tour is quite big down there. The WCoD qualifier last year got thousands of people IIRC

Pretty sure the tour (SAPDO) keeled over a couple of years ago. Petersen seems to be trying to rebuild it, and the interest is definitely there, but outside of that one big public event he ran to find his World Cup partner I don't think there's much there yet. I think they're doing mostly regional tournaments at the moment, but not really a national tour.

Who didn't know?
All these so called pro's who never really test themselves playing in a truly professional circuit, instead choose to play in an amateur shower of shit deserve no recognition as Pro players. Bovine humping, chicken shit Mitchell is the perfect example of amateur for life. He would rather shovel shit full time than play darts full time.

Someone on Twitter asked Mardle who was the better player out of MVG and Tayor. He responded:
Wayne Mardle
‏@Wayne501Mardle

MVG.
Have people already forgotten how great Taylor was at his peak?

Maybe he is having a bit of a dig

Phil Taylor in July 2017, after beating Michael van Gerwen 16-6:

"I proved Wayne Mardle wrong. (Turns to crowd) Does Wayne Mardle talk a load of rubbish or what?".
