thegentle wrote: Sun Jan 13, 2019 12:14 pmYep, the BDO lads were much better than the floor qualifiers last year, but they'll surely be a lot weaker this year.
Really? Didn't as many floor qualifiers as BDO players get through the group stage last year?
Is your mind still in 2018?
Seriously, only Bunting of the floor players got through, there were a mere 4 wins in the whole tournament that weren't against fellow floor jobbers, and a floor player finished bottom in every group they appeared in. Gilding beating Durrant was hilarious and all, but we also had to suffer Joe Murnan and the likes
I was apparently thinking of Ratajski, Dimitri and Payne. None of whom were floor qualifiers as it turns out, so never mind, but they could have been! I remain proud of the point I almost made.

Those Winmau boards will look as rough as Unicorn ones by the end of it all!
Mostly just the 1, 3, 5 and 7 segments though.

#BDODarts just a thought why not extend Lakeshite to a two week comp make it 64 men and 32 woman then the prize money could go up to say £200000 for mens winner and maybe £50000 to womans winner
Saw a tweet earlier asking for a BDO Premier League. Four lakeside semi finalists, the rest from the ranking list. Would raise the players' and BDO profile etc etc etc.

Whatever happened to the Super Series?

Looks like Bunting, Webster, Klaasen, Kist, and Beaton are no PDC players anymore. Not to mention Part and Burnett, but both lost their TC so technically they might not be PDC players at the moment.

Oh, those BDO idiots.

Haha, missed the first set and this tweet has just brought to my attention that I've won a wedge on having the first leg finish on the bull, 20/1. Makes that whole sorry week worth it in the end.
