He's only referring to Waites' CT results. Which is a fair point, given that Waites is ranked 95th on the CT OOM.

Oche would never dismiss Waites' career. He has a history of overhyping BDO stalwarts' careers. It was Oche who claimed that Adams was a better player than Lewis in the early 2010s, and that Hankey was superior than Taylor in 2000.

So yes, he is a prat.
