Pieter won't like that.

:D I can't pinpoint the exact moment Bob Ross got funny.
Has it happened?

Can't say I'd noticed.

Yes, but don't mention anything to do with Jews, it's still a touchy subject.

Lloydy for Q-School?!

Colchester's Colin Lloyd says exhibition matches have renewed his hunger
http://www.halsteadgazette.co.uk/sport/ ... ve_return/

...

And after seeing off fellow legends to taste victory at both the Grand Masters of Darts and Norwich Charity Darts Masters events last weekend, the former PDC top dog admits the hunger is still there to step up to the oche – and has not ruled out taking part in the next qualifying school.

Lloyd told the Daily Gazette: “I feel like I’m playing really well at the moment but there’s no incentive for me to get back onto the circuit.

“I’m know that I’m playing well but there’s a big difference between doing that on the exhibition circuit and doing it in competitive matches.

“In the back of my head, part of me says have a go at Q School, in January.

“You can never say never and wouldn’t completely rule it out.

“Playing on the circuit whets your appetite for it again.

“I was recently in Scotland to play some exhibition matches and I played so well and it made me think ‘I can still do this’ and it’s given me a bit of hunger.

“I’m 43 now and Dennis Priestley won the World Championship when he was that age.”

Alright then mates, warrabout Lim for Q-School?!

...
The likelihood is that their latest feat might be forgotten again, but Paul, the oldest competitor at the World Cup, is still thinking of furthering his darts career.

If he does not extend his current job as a consultant for dart board distributor Dartslive next year, he plans to join the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) qualifying school and play full time on the PDC circuit for two to three years.

Paul, who is based in Hong Kong, said: "It might be late for me to pursue this, and I've asked myself the question many times why I continue competing.

Lim has the ability in patches when it comes to steel. Perfect e.g. was this last world cup, he threw some decent arrows. But look back in recent years what his standard has been done in other PDC events. I wouldn't be surprised if he got his tour card. Don't see him doing any damage on the PDC tour at this point in his career. Would be interesting to watch but not convinced he would do the tour full time being based in Hong Kong.

Lim is one of the guys who has a special drive and passion to compete you can see it when he plays. I think if he had stayed in England and played his darts over there and not gotten in the soft tip scene he could have been a serious player, maybe not a great player but someone who can play a good standard and scare the shit out of top players frequently. He needed an environment where he was banging up against the best players all the time and not the best of 3 shit he got when he came to 'merica.

a load of shit.....the claim at the end where they think renaming the channels will somehow stop the falling prices.....morons.

Fact is they paid too much money for their football, and then tried to pass that off on the customer.
Its too fucking expensive and who is going to pay when you can watch for free via the net

Nobody with half a brain pays full price for Sky. I have the top TV package, Cinema and Sports in HD all for the princely sum of £37 a month, guaranteed for at least the next four years
