A change in the European Tour qualifying system next year. Seems like the UK qualifier will be tour card holders only. 6 places for card holders and 2 places for associate members in the European qualifiers

so lower ranked contintental tour card holders can't skip going to the UK if they want to throw in the ET.

Which is nice but they still haven't found the best way of awarding those cards in the first place. I'd be sorting that out before sealing off the 128 any further. But that's a different issue.

On other continental-related news, Cologne, home of a few Target exbos over the past few years that have had 5-figure crowds, will host a World Series event for the first time. As will Hamilton in New Zealand: https://www.pdc.tv/news/2018/12/18/colo ... eries-2019

Strange that there is not a Chinese event, maybe we can expect 1 or 2 tournaments still announced in the next months?
