I feel MVG, VVDV and Wattimena get along better as a clique. Although MVG and Barney played well together in World Cup, they weren't really friends outside of that.

Apart from tonight, Van Gerwen is usually a very gracious loser. Phoned Clayton's family on the PL night this year which is the first example which comes to mind.

Barney is sour grapes if it's an upset or it's close. He's got this thing where he's gracious to young players/Europeans but bitter to everyone else.

If you beat Barney up or you're higher than him in the rankings (MVG, Lewis, Cross, Taylor circa 2014-9), he was a gracious loser, e.g MVG Worlds 2017.

However, Barney gets visibly pissed off when he loses games he should win. The Hendo QF game at the Grand Prix, he went backstage afterwards and spat his sweets all over the floor and kicked his dart case across the room. Big DRA fine and I'll get the link up.

Van der Voort is almost universally a ballbag in the loser department. I can't recall him ever being polite to anyone that wasn't named van Gerwen or van Barneveld.
