To be fair, Day is a good player. A quick Google of the Lakeside stats shows they are slightly over-egging things though. The match they are referencing was actually a pre-lim and there were at least a couple of higher winning pre-lim averages that year too.

And then he bombed next round with an average south of 80....

Among the best ever Lakeside debuts, eh.

(86.26) Daniel Day 3-0 Craig Caldwell (80.38)

Talk about damning with faint praise, not to mention accidentally making light of your overall product.

At least the venue's plugging it!
Preston Guild Hall‏ @prestguildhall · 4h4 hours ago

5 days of world class @BDOdarts comes to Preston Guild Hall! Featuring the World’s top 48 men and women, including Scott Waites, Glen Durrant, Scott Mitchell, and Trina Gulliver.

Darts, drinks, fancy dress, what more could you want?
Isn't this in breach of advertising standards?

They've made only two of those, one for a match featuring possibly the only player they don't have a photo of. Priceless.

In fact no they took a photo of her when she qualified so why didn't they jus ahh sod it. Bloody hard work laughing at these planks.
