Couldn't they have moved over a bit so we didn't see the "Smoking Area" sign?

Could have moved them to the left and we could just have looked at the sign

I also forgot that McGeeney possesses YAWKSHIRE GRIT. Also, hello John Boy.

The world’s best darts players will descend on the Bridlington Spa, UK once again following the announcement that the 45th Winmau World Masters – the world’s oldest major darts tournament – is to be held at the Yorkshire venue on October 4th to 7th 2018.

BDO should have sunk the money of WDT into the Masters. Two big earners on TV is what they should have went for. How many years have they been surviving on 1 earner a year?

The reserves must be about gone now.
Briefly boosted by property sales but beyond that what revenue stream do they have?

It's not even funny anymore, to be honest. Time somebody puts the BDO out of its misery.

There's still a good few hundred grand left I'm afraid, £660,00 as at 31st May 2017. That said when Uncle Barry put in his offer there was approximately £750,000 in cash plus Pages Lane.

They've already spunked the property money and are eating into the reserves at a heavy rate

Depends on how much it will cost for them to pay to broadcast Masters, Lakeside and WDT. Maybe a fact finding trip to Vegas, some bribes to few Turkish officials, pay fines for copyright violations, and of course gas for trips to dispense slaps

Probably Channel 4 confirm renewal within a few weeks. That should help.

Lisa Ashton
https://dartsnews.com/lisa-ashton-inter ... -be-great/
Q. Of course you are a four time BDO Lakeside World Champion recently it was announced that a new PDC World Championship Ladies Qualifier would be introduced, what are your thoughts on that and is there potential for you to play in it?

A. I would love to play in something like that, however to avoid myself from being disappointed if it doesn’t happen I try not to think to much about such matters until they are in black and white. [ie. BDO are cunts]

Q. Speaking of the PDC you have previously played on the Challenge Tour, what did you make of that experience and if the new rules concerning Q-School hadn’t come in would you have played this year as well?

A. I like the opportunity of improving my game and that gave me the chance to play against some top quality players so what’s not to love. I wish I could do more. [ie. BDO are cunts]

Q. Also do you think that the PDC/BDO should look at potentially adding ladies such as yourself who are current major champions into the Grand Slam of Darts?

A. I would love to play in the grand slam, I also think a lot of fans would like to see some ladies play in it. Maybe they could have a ladies grand slam wouldn’t that be great.
