Thought Fatpot should have gotten a mention for crying like a little girl in an interview at the last ET. Fatpot crying because he felt the PDC didn't support him enough during his injury. Fatpot confusing the PDC with the welfare office. Besides should have blamed Deller as he is the one who rode Fatpot like a rented mule to every exbo he could book. Rented Mule Fatpot and the One trick Pony Deller what a team.

Have to agree there.

This Premier League was always going to be odd because of Pheel retiring but it's been very poor. Price was particularly woeful.

On the main point of this week's entry, Barney's attitude to the ranking circuit is a total disgrace and needs binning from TV until he actually applies himself. It's genuinely no coincidence he's the only player who's been in every single World Series of Darts event.

I'm not sure if the PDC still needs Barney to draw eyeballs.

The Dutch P.L events sold out very quickly. Remove Barney from the line-up, and I still think those shows sell-out quickly. There is clearly a market there. Plus, MVG is probably a bigger draw than Barney at this time. It's not like the Dutch don't have a player to root for.

Barney is very well known. But he's also been in the Premier League for 12 consecutive years. Not only is he tired of participating, but the audience is probably tired of seeing him - especially given his recent forum. If Lewis ups his game and Cadby continues to have a breakout year, I think the PDC could leave Barney out next year.
