I rarely post there, I got into it with the chavcklins on the copyright thing which they never did answer any of my questions on that one.

One of the things that drives me absolutely bonkers is the mentality if your not for us your against us and we are all family in this endeavor so step in line with our thinking. Sounds nice but in reality that mentality gives you exactly what the BDO has gotten. Basically a cult not a sporting org. I certainly have never seen a sporting org that is as inept as the BDO, WDF, and the ADO.

I know sounds over the top, but look at how people talk about loyalty and family over there. Not about excellence in competition and integrity in the org, events, and participation. Nope good times, family and loyalty. This means in actuality they have nothing or very little to offer in the areas that we as fans and sportsmen are attracted to about sport. Only way to keep you there is those key words and vilifying the opposition, the PDC and Barry Hearn.

In the long term this creates the environment they have in the BDO. Stagnant and infested with lazy and/or stupid morons that want their egos stroked and not interested in keeping the org moving forward and bettering things. Hence why tradition and history become sacrosanct and the be all and end all. When it should instead be just an important marking of the forward progress, and an e.g. of what worked and how things evolved thru the leadership on and off the oche.
