Seriously Oche, the WDF is nowhere near as relevant as you appear to think it is.

In through the nose, 2, 3; out through the mouth, 2, 3.

Neil Duff was very clear in his attitudes about tour card holders being allowed to play in the WDF Worlds. If you remember that hideous interview he gave. It was appalling.

So he wouldn't have been expecting a WDF winner to gain entry into a PDC event. Like I say, he was very clear.

Forgot about that, good find. Can have no fucking complaints whatsoever, he can now concentrate on finally closing that net around JC years down the line....

The lakey trophy was still warm from his hands as he was getting into all that. After all the covids and fresh starts and everything else. Yeah well. Play code war games, win code war prizes. He can get lost.

I agree. Fancy pdc players having chances to qualify for a pdc event rather than a non-pdc player

The same goes for Greaves... She didn't want to play the Women's Series so why should she get an invite to the Slam?

Roughly a quarter of the field won't have a tour card I think.

By some famous definition I think that makes them WDF players. Or are they not WDF enough?

These are such tired old distinctions though. The PDC operates ever more prolifically beyond the 128. That's a tough truth for some to acknowledge but come on. It was becoming ever harder to justify excluding their own champions and leaders. Why would they?

So I don't see this as some grand statement about the WDF. I think the WDF Worlds has just slipped too far down the list.

Its only one place ffs. Give it duff and that would be the end of it. WDF Worlds is televised much to your irritation :)
