You are correct about the nationally aspect of the World Cup.
I couldn’t really give a shit if England lost in the first round.
And I was happy for Hendo winning it last year too.

I think a big element of English people not really giving a fuck about the England dart team is because there's normally a minimum of 1 cunt in the team and it's players we see so often, I would definitely support a Rob Cross and Aspinall team though

Hopefully qualfiers become a thing one day and Malta qualify, I will passionately root for the boys

Was Cross and Chizzy a few years ago. Then Cross and Smith twice. I would think most people don't have a problem with that
