Not sure.

I don't listen to Darts podcasts.

I only know who Barrs is through this forum.

Maybe he could have dragged Taylor down, we will never know.

Online darts is Phil Barrs thing and there’s a few who work on it, they’re involved with the modus league and have been working on the senior tour as well

Tbf the other 2 on the Monday live lounges are generally reasonable blokes but Barrs obviously needs no explanation, he’s got a bias against the WDF because they probably didn’t brownnose him at the Lakeside

Seems to be a more reputable streaming platform than the one they used for the 2019 edition of the tournament, anyway.

One will be enough. It's not like you are too handy in a fight anyway. I'd advise you to move house

Zeyes wrote:A bit odd how the latest Australian Open release mentions every single female participant again (plus qualifying entrants!) while giving short shrift to the entire men's field bar the mention of Jelle Klaasen as a new addition.
Virtue signalling.
Maybe. Though I was more wondering if it might mean the men's field is gonna lose more already-announced players after Hurrell the other week. Facebook comments in response to the announcment today:

Wanita Tohu McDade Great to see international players come across

Andrew Fletcher Klaasens 8th so a few above must have declined

James Bailey Yep all depends if they can get the airfare paid for or not.

Darts Australia James Bailey all the players that are mentioned on the poster have confirmed they will be attending the tournament.

Even though Bailey was probably just responding to the "other people must have declined" comment, the DA person took it as a remark on the confirmed players and felt the need to stress that these people really are coming. Hence me wondering why they didn't take the opportunity to affirm that Duff, Littler and the two New Zealanders are definites, too.
So no Littler after all, and with Ben Robb one of the New Zealanders has been dropped, too. Donovan Lottering and Ky Smith in as replacements, so currently 13/16 players from Australia in the men's tournament. Might be 21/24 after the qualifiers, no idea how many New Zealanders might be coming over for those (and curious that they couldn't find any ranked one to replace Robb).
