Yeah long arse days and I have heard that Coventry has now less boards in use than in previous years so anyone going there will defo have a long arse day, Is what it is and all I am looking at it is a chance for some decent match practice, I just have to take it easy and rest my foot as much as possible so my usual non stop practice before my first game won't be happening, Failing that it will be a top shelf job all day and a case of keep going until I can't see the board and fuck the pain lol

Only 4 boards so I have heard being used in Coventry.....If there is circa 200 entries some will be waiting hours just to play their first game.

Worst one I played in was about 8 years ago I think, I ended up waiting over 4 hours to play my first game and the other player had already left so had a bye, I then had a 2 and a half hour wait to play, Won the first 2 legs and the other guy shook my hand and said he was too pissed to play...Then played Nick Fullwell who had played 4 games by then and lost...Was there from just after 10am, Got home at midnight and played a total of 8 legs and had spent the best part of £200.

I’ve had a vision. DBG ends up playing Adrian Lewis and he wins 10-9 and quite naturally celebrates his win. Lewis takes offence at this and words are had on stage, which then turns into a brawl and Mason is commentating on it.
This would be the greatest moment in darting history and this forum is then renamed the DBG forum.
