Compulsive gamblers have an illness in my opinion.

i personally believe my brain is wired different to other people who can gamble normally hence why ive attending meetings for several years now to try and help me...

its a hard one , if i go home and tell the wife ive been at hte docotrs and been diagnosed with depression or bipolar disorder or whatever other mental illness she would support me and try to help me through it .... yeet when i say ive tanned my wages again gambling they arent as supportive ( in general terms , my wife is actually very supportive )

however thats another topic completely lol

Brock Lesnar manhandled the competition upon his arrival. That is, until Goldberg showed up. The powerhouse flung The Beast Incarnate out in seconds.

Undertaker and Roman Reigns were the last two gladiators to step into battle.

Reigns took out Jericho and Undertaker. That left him to fight alone against Orton and Wyatt. The Viper survived that exchange to claim victory.

so the bookies made a mint. as the paid out fuckall.

There has to be some corruption laws broken by the bookies
cant blame the bookies for fucking retards betting on an event that has a predetermined outcome.

nearly as bad as those cunts betting there wages on the cartoon racing

true,

If morons are willing to throw away their money they are right to take it.

But the bookies must be skimming or breaking some laws on this when its predetermined
no because the bookies dont know who will win they dont get told.

Also half the superstars "competing" in it will probably not even know the result
You think the bookies didn't know who was gonna win?

Orton was 1/16, second favourite was 9/1.

All wrestlers that were in the rumble knew who would win, they wouldn't want to eliminate the predetermined winner for ffs!

I always saw the wwf like the american version of dart crowds

generally the worst of the worst, uneducated, rednecks( chavs in the uk) prime candidates for Jerry Springer (Jeremy kyle in the UK)
and predominantly white with a sort of us and them mentality

Genuine question, what would the bookies know ?

Suppose the winner was decided well in advance which in predetermined shit like that is to be expected, what if the sole owner of the company decided to change his mind at the last minute, which I am sure he is entitled to do and have someone else win.

what would or could the bookies do ?
Afterall fuck them for taking bets on a predetermined sport circus act

It would be funny if the bookies got fucked over that way but I doubt it would happen because if WWE decided at the last minute to change a winner there would be some gormless cunts in the know betting their houses on it. Bookies would then reduce the odds to something ridiculous or cancel all bets.

I meant if the bookies were not aware of the result due to the owner changing his mind at the last minute, what comeback could the bookies have ?

You mean like 5 seconds before the match finished? Then that would be funny as fuck but they wouldn't be crippled too badly because all the big money would have been on the guy who was supposed to win anyway.

Unlikely that an owner would change his mind in this way, storylines and matches are planned weeks, even months in advance. To change things last minute could cost a hell of a lot of money.

What I just don't get is the bookies taking bets on an event where lots of people already KNOW, cast iron guaranteed, what will happen. Just doesn't make sense.
