Re: MY LATEST LEGO
Lego never really interested me. I was a child who was happy to play with an empty bottle and some marbles. I never will forget the day I got my first bottle. It was a lovely shape. It was clear. I played with it so much. Still have it in my display cabinet along with my first darts trophy and my degree. 3 of my favorite things.

Re: MY LATEST LEGO
Toys I liked as a kid, which my kids now play with
Lego
Star Wars figures and vehicles
Action Man - with eagle eyes
Matchbox cars - not Hot Wheels shit.
Airfix soldiers
Britains deetail soldiers, cowboys, indians, knights etc.
Only new things my kids seem to play with are Transformers and Marvel figures.

When a man loves a bottle, the world in all its splendor and hurt does not hold enough information to satisfy the psyche.Noisycrowds wrote:Chizzyfan wrote:Lego never really interested me. Re: MY LATEST LEGO
use to love the commando comics, tornado.
Always wanted the germans to win as a kid.
Remember my uncle bought a swastika armband in germany in the 70s, and gave it to me, i use to always wear it,.on the sleeve of my german parka
One man once threatened to slap me if he saw me wearing it again, I was maybe ten or 11, of course back then the pc brigade sheep had not started their bullshit ptroperly

I once put a swastika in a "family crest" we had to draw/paint in art class. Must have been about 13 or 14. The teacher was horrified and asked me if I knew what it meant. I said "of course. We learned that in history classes". She accepted that I knew what it meant but was visibly upset. She had a Polish surname so that might have had something to do with it
Of course I didn't actually have those beliefs but I knew it would get a reaction and sure enough it did. I'm pretty sure that's the reason you wear the armband, JC

One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'
