In a way I have no sympathy for the publicans.
They should have done more to fight the smoking ban in bars.
i understand banning it from trains, buses, food establishments but a fuckin bar...in ireland.
This whole myth it will entice non smokers to come out more is utter horseshit, the majority of people that pubs running were the heavy drinkers like i was and almost all smoked.
Where are these non smoking drinkers that were suppose to turn up, ...nowhere, as a fool could tell that was never gonna happen
