history channel trying to fuck me around after not only using one of my images on their TV show, it seems like they used it in such a way that my signature (watermark) was not visible.

Besides breaking their own copyright rule, it was blatant theft as any decent researcher would have seen the signature and should have done his homework.
Glad my work was able to fool the "experts"

I was not alone as there was 2 images used that were photoshop works.
Already IdMb are going to credit me on their site but i want some satisfaction from the history channel, and if need be i will sue the bastards for using my work without permission on a program that earn a fortune through advertising.

the show is already done and aired, thats how i found out about my image so they cant change that, and the dvd release already finalized.
So with the sales of said DVD at the 50th show they are running theey will plug my site, and will get their 2 newest books sent to me after being autographed by people attending.
