The way Box Sets works is it downloads the first two then as you watch another one's added. Saves storage space and doesn't put too much demand on you broadband
Got a 2TB box so not an issue for me.

I must have similar space then but do store quite a bit in HD till a series ends

Yes, downloaded one show and it's over.
That I was at least expecting.
I asked him to run through my package as I wanted a breakdown.
When I took up the box sets at £9 they told me the TV parcel was £44 for 18 months.
This muppet now tells me it expires in December and goes to £97 and no way was I told it was 18 months, so basically calling me a liar.
When I called him up on it he said I was being aggressive and he was hanging up.
Oh do fuck off!

This.

I've had at least four emails from them since I did the online chat to upgrade my internet and stuff, outlining what I agreed to and the minimum term etc.

You can ask for the recordings of your conversations with them, they have to provide them

Three episodes in and hotch is gone from criminal minds.
Oddly the episode worked fine without him.
With him and morgan gone withing three episodes you'd think it would leave a hole.

Finished season twelve of criminal minds.
Too many characters introduced, no doubt to compensate for hotch going.
Found the whole spencer in prison story rather tenuous and drawn out.

Er, no.
