Forgive my surprise, I wasn't particularly expecting an answer! Things like Veep and Curb Your Enthusiasm have completely passed me by... I'm looking for a US sitcom with 20-minute eps.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Wed Sep 16, 2020 11:07 amWatched the first couple of episodes and couldn't get into it.
I am making my way through Season 11. Seems a lot more forced than previous ones, but still better than most things on.

That's a good way of describing how I've felt about series 1. It moves nice and easy. It doesn't feel at all forced.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Sat Jan 01, 2022 4:38 amI am making my way through Season 11. Series 1 of Doctor Who with Eccles and Billie Piper. She is incredible in it.
I'm actually watching it for the nostalgia value. Can't believe the 'new' run of the show is now 17 years old. Bloody hell.

Watched 'Dalek' for the first time since it was aired.
Back when Doctor Who could actually land something.
Eccles is invited to come see a creature chained up in the basement... he has no idea what's coming. He unhinges completely.

The expanse finished today. Thank god one of my fave tv shows ended well rather than the turgid mess most devolve into.
Hope they make a film or two to finish the book material.

Boring Brendas number one and (almost) only fan.
