Just watched it firstly no you cant attack the spine unless your name is Scorpion or Sub Zero.

Bit disappointing given that the two main fights went to a decision although i'm glad Rampage won.
Travis Browns superman ko was the highlight of the night.

struve usually barely survives the first round then pulls out a dramatic sub in the 2nd to win.

or gets KTFO in the 1st. i like watching his fights.

GSP v Nick Diaz is now confirmed for UFC 137 October 29th in Las Vegas.

The fight many wanted but i dont see a new champion in this one. Not sure how it works yet with Diaz holding the StrikeForce belt.

If anyone hasn't seen the Cheick Kongo V Pat Barry fight on UFC Versus 4 last night then try and catch it now if you can, as Sid Waddell might say that was the greatest comeback since Lazarus.
The whole event was actually suprisungly good.

maaaan, what a comeback, how many refs would have stopped that, he looked completely unconscious at one stage.

also nice to see meathead chaling up the wins.

Aye twice Congo looked like he was out of it, Barry must be gutted although saying that he looked dead on the canvas when Congo sparked him.

Haha i see what you mean, for a split second you'd be like oh fuck i'm going to jail.
These guys pounce on the victim though and play bouncy ball with their heads till the ref dives on them.

my heart would definitely sink, thinking "FUCCCKK!"

of course i'd then parade around boasting and celebrating as this seems the thing to do.

Bye bye Brett.

Major-league Mixed Martial Artist and Apple Valley, Minn. resident Brett Rogers was arrested and jailed in connection with assaulting his wife Wednesday in their south metro home. She was reportedly strangled, punched repeatedly in the head and face and lost a tooth in the struggle.

Brett Charles Rogers, 30, has been charged with assault in the third degree, domestic assault by strangulation and pattern of stalking conduct — all felonies –in Dakota County. He was also charged with endangerment of a child, a gross misdameanor.

His wife blacked out from being choked, suffered a golf ball sized wound on her face among smaller wounds. The couples daughter had tried to intervene after she saw Rogers strike her mother.

Rogers admits he had been drinking before an argument broke out with he and his wife. He claims she punched him and he returned force.
