The big one today lads.
Two of the giants of modern hurling clash in what's shaping up to be an epic.
One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'

I'm more involved with local darts and soccer, but nothing could compare with what was on show today. Hurling has to be the most magnificent amateur sport being played anywhere in the western world.

I see you've done your research.
Has to be one of the greatest all Ireland finals on record. Fantastic stuff!

a great final , would not go so far to say the one of the greatest ever though, think your view might be a little blinkered.

hope tipp win the replay

27 pints of Guinness on would suggest you might be right. :D

Should be on the RTE player.

Beats what will be on the Discovery Channels all day. :p

waterford playing well but hard to see anyone stopping this kilkenny team.

Best hurling team for the last number of years, class above everyone

3.30 tomorrow sees the Final of the All Ireland hurling championship

For anyone who has never watched this sport, take a look at this and you realise finally that Darts, snooker etc are NOT sports
Even soccer looks like a game played by queers, posers and mammys boys

I despise the GAA who run this but the game itself is something else.

I am used to seeing paddys and micks running around with sticks in their hands
usually they are shovels on a building site
