some huge money changing hands, know the former world champion pa butler and his brothers well.
Was some night in the pub when he won the world championship against the cunt cop sargent from glanmire a few years back

bill daly? the cop,aye they were the old guard, pa was a beautiful bowler, he has dropped down a grade now but would still beat many of the top guys, money has dropped with the recession but still loads of bobs going with the henchmen and gypos that follow the sport, think 100 k combined stake was the record bout 7 or 8 years ago

pa well past it now he must be 60 years old, though would still hammer me.

seen the gypos going 2 hundred old irish pounds per throw, savage money, so that 199k is well believable

A game for pikies if there ever was one.
Is this what you do to pass the time between sulky races and signing on?
One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'
