Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave. This is most out of character of you, I'm lost for words to explain my disappointment in you're preferred muscle building program, which comes with a great deal of danger. Tiny arms like yours should not be subjected to the abuse the Arrow Man has you performing.

Can I suggest you go back on the 20kg dumbells, for safety sake, thankyou please.

Dave said he wanted to get buff as he had twig like arms and was tired of having sand kicked in his face at the beach. Some German volume training this morning, just to really tighten up the back, only used two exercises, 10 sets of 10 on each and supersetting them:

Wide grip row 10x10 at 60%
Close grip lat pulldown 10x10 at 60%

Superset isn't a made up word dOg, you thick cunt. It's a great way to increase intensity once a plateau is hit, if you've never heard of it then you've obviously never got past the point of beginner gains.
