Well I suppose there is that argument. Yes, all Scottish football is shite. When there is more interest this season in the second tier than the top tier, you know it's totally fucked.

He defeats his own argument. He says we need the biggest clubs in the group stages. Exactly why UEFA are trying to fuck Celtic out early.

Scotlands fault really, they have dropped 10 places or so in the past couple of years in UEFA rankings, they would get a direct entry into the group stages if they were still in 13th, oh, and a second team in the event too.

I wonder why they have fallen so much, hmm? And Celtic fans say they don't need Rangers...

It remains to be seen how good Sevco will be. They've done ok in their first two years of existence.

""It's very unfair that going to the last 16, as we did two years ago, is not going to be recognised."

Well it is recognised as you are 23rd in the rankings, its just the rest of Scottish football is utter utter shit. Even Cyprus have a better league than Scotland these days.

It is not very unfair as all clubs and national associations are fully aware of the rules which are not new.

Scottish players used to be amongst the best in the English top league with the likes of Hansen, Souness, Dalglish, Strachan e.t.c are there many Scottish players plying their trade in the PL or other top European leagues?
