On loan to gain experience mate, some will be keepers and some wont.

The keeper was loaned out to Athletico and brought back when ready, that system works. Other clubs bring the players through and if they become good enough Chelsea take them back

I don't dispute that mate, Chelsea buy and loan the young players rather than develop themselves. The rare one like Loftus-Cheek come through the youth but they are exceptions
