To stay in the game they need to restrict India to less than 250 in my opinion. Batting's only gonna get more difficult as the match progresses

From that start England should have been able to restrict India to less than 250. They allowed too many easy singles in the final session

Cook and KP did well this morning but they have to do it all again tomorrow. A fifty plus first innings lead either way will be the deciding factor in this match

Lead pushing 80 with wickets in hand with Prior running himself out, controversy over Bairstows dismissal but a brilliant 186 from KP and Cooks 122.

From 406-6 to 413 all out. A lead of 86 when it should have been well over 100.

The field is set far too negative, they should be on all out attack

There's still every chance of another couple of wickets before close. If India close at effectively 20 - 6 or so that should be an impossible position

5 down and still behind. Its a spinners pitch admittedly but Panesar getting the wicket again. Gambhir the danger man now
