Get out of tonight three down, see off the new ball tomorrow and they might actually win!

Malan has actually impressed in both innings.

Could develop into a Collingwood like fighter.

Ball is now starting to reverse swing.

These last 15 minutes could be important.

At least he wasn't caught in the deep hooking.. Who'd be a night watchman here.

Forget any of his quick fancy 100s against rubbish attacks.
This has been roots finest hour.
Could be a series changer.

Would be the second time a team has lost after not enforcing the follow on.

The only other time being in 1950.

Unbelievably finely balanced, never expected England to be in with a real shout going into day five. That long batting line up may just make hay when the Aussie heads drop

Everything crossed, hopefully the barmy army will sing the boys to victory tomorrow, either that or the ashes are gone.

Still think the decision to bat again was not the problem, the way we batted was. Everyone seemed to think someone else would make the runs. Also think Smith was stiff, with some of the plumb ones given not out in the match, his should not have been given.

But if we'd batted till dinner and the lead was 400 plus, poms wouldn't have had a sniff.
