My head acknowledges that Djokovic is the goat, but my heart goes with Nadal.

My head acknowledges that the GOAT is a stupid concept in tennis and my heart knows that the debate needs done away with.

Re: tennis thread
It's a debate in any sport.
Channel 4 even did a tv show about it.

Rogg still hurting there because his crush gets destroyed all the time and has never not will ever do anything significant.
I just find the Goat debate silly. There is no clear cut measure. If you go for Grandslam wins it's Federer, if you go for some of the best tennis ever played it's Laver/Djokovic. Borg for domination, Nadal for heart and fight.

Ain't going to worry a fresh Djokovic after his romp last night.Chizzyfan wrote:I'm done predicting Nishikori. Cannot stand him.
What's left of Nadal and del Potro after they slug it out for four hours won't either.

Re: tennis thread
I suppose Nishikori has beat him at the stage before (I think). One never knows.
