Lottery Syndicate

Post by D & B » Mon Jul 09, 2012 10:43 pm

Anybody interested in starting up a TDF lottery syndicate?

Not sure exactly how it would work, but the plan is to get maybe 10 members and each week one member of the syndicate buys 10 tickets (£10, and wouldn't have to pay again for another 9 weeks). Numbers of each ticket to be posted/scanned here.

Thoughts Ladies.

If we get any interest from our Irish or european friends we can always do euromillions.

Deadline to sign up is Thursday 12th July. First lottery either 13th/14th depending on members origins.

Opt in and out available at end of cycle.

im in , there will need to be a contract drawing up though , or i think even a forum post with the person who buys the ticket posting a scanned picture and saying the full names of the other people that are in the syndicate as well with then everyone who is in it posting they agree or something after it , with that thread being locked to just people in the forum and also no other nonesense in it ? hope that all makes sense am quite tired the day

Wow!!!

"Having A Punt" section is visible only to members, I can easily start a new thread with those interested registered in the OP

The thread can be opened when the member has purchased the tickets to post the numbers, scan or photo would be better but just the numbers will be sufficient.

Yes mate, I totally agree (unless its my week to pay and we scoop the jackpot).

I'll take a look later for an agreement for a syndicate, will it need to be signed.

Would it be chosen numbers or lucky dips?

I suggest its entirely down to the person buying them that week.

Would any issue be raised if this syndicate won should members not live within the UK?
