Arsenal Season Tickets
Listening to Talk Sport and it's being reported that Arsenal season ticket holders have to stump up over £1,000 by June to get their tickets for next season. Surely this can't be true?

Re: Arsenal Season Tickets
sounds about right...rougly 50 quid a game.
Hence why I stopped going to games in england, was costing me a fortune...bad state of affairs the flights to britain were cheaper than the match tickets

I think what's worse than the price is there's no time to pay.

Re: Arsenal Season Tickets
Like you MH I grew up when you hardly see women at football, nor any executive boxes, fuck it there were no seating anywhere, you were lucky if there was a roof let alone a functioning toilet.
I am no fan of Roy Keane, and this goes back to schooldays, but his comments about the prawn sandwiches was something that the ordinary spectator and fan had been saying for years prior.
nowdays the grounds are full of little orange faced oompa loompa's with bottle blonde heads, shitheads in suits and wannabe cunts only there to get attention while paying big bucks to watch some over rated self obsessed prima donna pricks from some shitholes all over the world.
football basically died when the premier league started

I've been on both sides of the fence Gaz, in the executive box and freezing my nuts off in the stands in the middle of winter.
I think the quality of the PL is awesome compared to the old days but also think that the money side of things have gone mad. I remember the first million pound player as do you but now some players earn that in a month.
