Can't see Liverpool getting anything tonight, unless Madrid have injury problems

About time Gerrard was put out to pasture, looks terribly slow when chasing.

Haha yep and those "special European nights at Anfield" which every player who signs for the club has to say in their first press conference after joining them. Although this night isn't bad :D

MH alluded to the difference between the teams was like the bdo and pdc, in a way liverpool are like the bdo in that they also go on about their past which they are stuck in thinking they are still a top team.

you dont see the fans of other former league champs like sheffield wednesday, huddersfield, preston, derby and ipswich still go on like they are a huge club.....only scousers

There are many similarities. Suarez was top scorer in the BDO/Liverpool and then decided to test himself in the PDC/Barcelona. He was/is also a complete scumbag and a racist, but they defended him as he was part of the Liverpool family (See Fitzmaurice, Martin).

They signed Mario Balotelli as a replacement who wasn't quite good enough for the PDC/City/Milan (a bit like the BDO getting Tony Eccles back, except I don't think Balotelli has raped anyone). I suppose Rickie Lambert is a bit like some county jobber who, thanks to all the best players leaving, now gets a chance to play in a "world professional championship".

Liverpool fans murdered Italians, Bob Potter was responsible for a man drowning in the lake.
