fuckin starvin now.

Wife as usual out all day shopping, so I made a start on that swamp that we call a back garden, on with the wellies, and spent almost a hour with a pitchfork trying to drain the lake

Then walked the dogs and as soon as I got in she gave me a cup of tea and one of those microwavable burgers, to tide me over til dinner which is boiled potatoes, chicken wrapped in rashers stuffed, and some veg

Probably a pizza later. I keep slipping up with main meals but not bothered. Eating better in between. Before at night I'd have had some biscuits as opposed to an apple now.

Sacked the booze this weekend even though I feel good I also feel bored shitless.
