Cant think none essential shops will be far behind.
Small business near me has been told if he wants the money the government promised last night he has to close by Sunday.
Problem is its not free money. its a loan.
Nothing is free in this life
All businesses qualifying for Small Business Rates Relief will get £10k in cash, not a loan

Paused mine yesterday and the next bill shows Sports as free, following bill it's there as a charge but that will probably change if there's no live sport by then

And to be honest until the government says they can, they wont get fuck all in terms of a business interruption payout from the insurers, so I dont blame them. You moan about them not giving two shits about the workers, i would think supermarket staff probably have it 10 times worse at the moment and they have to stay open.

Other half has to still go into school and work. Including over Easter, and deal with kids of the keyworkers who may be carrying it. Loads of people out there seem to think the schools are shutting and the teachers are sitting at home at their arses for months now.

I wouldn't mind if they didn't go on quite so much about how much they care.

Lovely stroll in the spring sunshine this morning, called in on my mum with a card and flowers, very quiet out on the streets though, just like Sundays used to be back in the day
