Bike or cross trainer. I got a exercise bike and cross trainer in my garage, plus some weights. I do 15 minutes on bike and 15 minutes on cross trainer every day. It's not too long then and you don't get bored of it.. Then once a week what ever day, I'll do longer on bike and cross trainer at least 30 minutes. Plus I'll do weights three times a week muscle groups, keep it fresh mix it up don't get tired bored of it then. Then sit ups routine on the weekend..
